Hosted in the EU
ILUMINA AI OÜ is an Estonian company. Platform infrastructure is hosted in Germany. Personal data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Founders decide who sees what
A public profile shows only the sections the founder selects, and can be locked with a password. Applying to a fund or program shares only what that application requires.
AI supports decisions, people make them
Scores, summaries and plans are decision-support tools reviewed by people. ILUMINA does not make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Access and protection
Access controls, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and monitoring and logging. Investor teams see only the workspaces and applications they are part of.
Roles under GDPR
ILUMINA is the data controller for its own platform operations. When it processes data on behalf of a fund or program, it acts as processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
Subprocessors
AI service providers (for example OpenAI), cloud hosting in Germany, Resend for contact-form email, and Google Analytics on this website only after you accept analytics cookies. Transfers outside the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
Access, correct, delete, export.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
